Events after the year end (1)

Post year-end, the Enlarged Group completed a refinance of the existing US Dollar denominated term facility to $5,080,000,000 and the Euro denominated term facility to €1,050,000,000 on 16 January 2026. Both term facilities’ maturity dates have also been extended from 2028 to 2032. The Enlarged Group's ABL Credit Facility was cancelled following the upsize of these term facilities. The Company entered into agreement, among other Group companies, to act as guarantors in respect of these term facilities.
